August 2, 2021 the Richland County Mental Health & Recovery Services Boards announced the launch of The Behavioral Health Urgent Care location. Two of their contract agencies are participating in their pilot program to provide Behavioral Health access locations without an appointment. Catalyst Life Services is now expanding their offerings and hours of accessibility. Providing Behavioral Health at the time of need and avoiding unnecessary delays is a key to better outcomes.
